ENTR 414 Entrepreneurship and Small Business Strategy

This capstone course provides an in-depth study of the challenges involved in launching, managing, and sustaining a small business. It integrates key concepts from finance, marketing, management, and operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurial decision-making. Students apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios by creating and presenting a complete business plan or entrepreneurial project. Emphasis is placed on strategic planning, innovation, and the personal qualities essential for entrepreneurial success. Through experiential learning and analysis of case studies, students refine their ability to think critically, manage risk, and lead a venture from concept to implementation.  Three credit hours.
