BA 370 Data Visualization
This course provides a comprehensive introduction and hands-on experience in basic data visualization, visual analytics, and visual data storytelling. It introduces students to design principles for creating meaningful displays of quantitative and qualitative data to facilitate managerial decision-making. Students will be introduced to and learn basic functionality of several different tools currently used in industry and how to leverage the power of data visualization to communicate business-relevant insights. Three credit hours.
