POLS 312 Civil Rights/Civil Liberties

This course provides a study of rights guaranteed to American citizens under the Constitution of the United States. This course focuses on court decisions which interpret and protect individual rights and freedoms. Prerequisite: "C" or better in POLS 101. Three credit hours.
