NURL 620 Organizational Behavior and Change Management
This course explores human behavior, organizational culture, and systems thinking within healthcare organizations. It examines the role of nurse leaders in managing change, leading teams, and navigating organizational dynamics. Emphasis is placed on strategies to improve performance, support effective change initiatives, and foster a positive and professional work environment. Prerequisite: Admission to the MSN program. Three credit hours.
