NURL 690 Leadership and Management Assessment Practicum

This practicum provides supervised, experiential learning focused on the assessment of leadership and management practices within healthcare settings. Students analyze organizational structures, workflows, and managerial processes, and develop a leadership or management-focused improvement project proposal. Prerequisite: “B” or better in NUR 613, NUR 616, and NURL 620. Three credit hours.
