NUR 616 Population Health & Epidemiology
This course examines the determinants of health, epidemiological methods, disease risk and distribution, health disparities, and prevention strategies across populations. Students apply analytic approaches to assess needs, evaluate community-level outcomes, and develop evidence-based strategies aimed at improving population health. Prerequisite: Admission to the MSN program. Three credit hours.
