NUR 617 Health Policy, Advocacy & Regulatory Environments
This course examines health policy and regulatory environments at the institutional, state, and national levels and their impact on healthcare quality, safety, financing, and health outcomes, with emphasis on advocacy and the nurse’s role in influencing policy. Prerequisite: Admission to the MSN program. Three credit hours.
