NUR 615 Evidence-Based Practice & Research Translation

This course prepares graduate nursing students to critically appraise research and clinical evidence and translate findings into practice across diverse settings. Emphasis is placed on literature appraisal, synthesis of evidence, clinical practice guidelines, quality improvement processes, database search strategies, and evaluation of outcomes. Students develop skills to apply evidence-based decision-making to improve patient care, educational practices, and healthcare systems. Prerequisite: NUR 610. Two credit hours.
