This course focuses on strategic human resource management within healthcare organizations. Students explore advanced concepts in recruitment, retention, performance evaluation, and workforce planning. Emphasis is placed on applying leadership strategies that foster engagement, inclusivity, and professional development to build a resilient and high-performing nursing workforce.
