CRIM 270 Introduction to Leadership in Criminal Justice

This course examines contemporary leadership theories, concepts, and practices within criminal justice organizations and related community contexts. Through self-assessment tools, experiential learning activities, case studies, and collaborative exercises, students will examine their personal leadership style and develop their interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. Prerequisite: C or better in CRIM 101 or 102. Three credit hours.
