FINA 301 Corporate Finance
This course introduces financial management. Topics include the role of ethics in financial markets, financial analysis, agency conflict, cost and sources of capital, and project selection. In addition, stocks, bonds, mergers, and international financial management are surveyed. Prerequisite: “C” or better in
ACCT 201,
BA 101,
