FINA 311 Real Estate Principles
This course surveys the residential real estate industry. Topics include housing market analysis, valuation and appraisal methods, real estate transactions, loan processes, and documentation. This course fulfils the pre-licensing requirements for a real estate salesperson license in accordance with the required curriculum of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Prerequisites: "C" or better in ACCT 201 and ECON 101. Three credit hours.
