NURS 232 Pharmacology Basics
This course focuses on safe medication calculation and administration with opportunities for clinical application. The emphasis is on accuracy of calculation and the clinical judgement involved in client/patient safety. This course also introduces the basic concepts of pharmacology, including pharmacodynamics and lifespan considerations. Prerequisites: "C" or better in NURS 165, NURS 235, and NURS 304. Two credit hours.
