NURS 240 Physical Assessment

This course focuses on nursing theory and practice in the health assessment of the well adult. Students develop skills for appropriate professional communication. Collection of subjective and objective data through interviewing and physical examination is emphasized in the course. Prerequisites: "C" or better in NURS 165, NURS 235 and NURS 304. Three credit hours.
