NURS 412 Nursing Leadership/Mgmt
In this course, the student will synthesize nursing theory and practice while using the nursing process to plan and coordinate care focusing on agencies as clients. Synthesizing nursing, leadership, and management theories, the student will learn to effect change in the health care delivery system. The student will incorporate decision making experiences in multidisciplinary groups. This course will be taken in final semester of student's program. Prerequisites: "C" or better in NURS 392, NURS 408 and NURS 409. Four credit hours.
