NURS 499 Prof Development in Nursing
This course examines nursing's present dynamics and future directions with emphasis on professional development, including career planning and advanced preparation in nursing. Incorporates legal issues of professional nursing practice. The course explores various current issues relating to the profession of nursing. The course is taken in the final semester of nursing coursework. Prerequisites: Grade "C" or better in NURS 392, NURS 408, and NURS 409. Two credit hours.
