NURE 652 Assessment and Evaluation of Educational Outcomes

This course addresses principles and methods of assessing and evaluating learner performance in nursing education. Emphasis is placed on formative and summative assessment, test construction, use of rubrics, clinical evaluation methods, and provision of feedback. Course content supports fair, consistent, and outcome-aligned evaluation of student learning. Prerequisites: B or higher in NURE 640 and NURE 641. Two credit hours.
